These terms apply to this website and to services provided by Honoring Stories, a sole proprietorship, being the private practice of Harshita Sarda.

Services are for adults aged 18 and over. By booking, you confirm you are 18 or older.
Sessions are offered in English and Hindi.
Enquiry, a free 20-minute exploratory call, completion of the relevant consent form, and then scheduling. Either of us may decide at that stage that the work is not the right fit, and I may refer you elsewhere where that would serve you better.
Current fees are listed on the relevant service pages. Fees for organisational work are discussed directly, as they depend on scope. Payment is by UPI or bank transfer and is due as agreed when booking. Fees may change with reasonable notice, and any change will not affect a session already booked and paid for.
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 3 hours before your session. Cancellations inside that window, and missed sessions, may be charged in full.
If I need to cancel, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund for that session.
Therapy and supervision depend on your participation. You are asked to attend on time, join from a private space with a reliable connection, and share openly enough for the work to be useful. Recording sessions is not permitted without written agreement from both of us.
Confidentiality, and the specific circumstances in which it may be broken, are set out in the Privacy Policy and in your consent form. Please read both.
Services are not crisis or emergency provision, and messages are not monitored continuously. See the Disclaimer for helplines available at any hour.
By submitting, you grant permission to publish your words anonymously on this website, with light editing where needed. Submissions are moderated and may be declined. Do not include anything identifying you or anyone else. Submitting does not create any therapeutic relationship.
This space is for mental health professionals with at least 2 years of experience. It is not available to current, former, or prospective therapy clients or supervisees, so that professional boundaries stay clear.

You may end therapy or supervision at any time. Where possible we will use a final session to close thoughtfully rather than stopping abruptly. I may end the work where it is no longer clinically appropriate, where a referral would serve you better, or where these terms are seriously breached, and will support you in finding alternative care.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
