Spaces to share and connect

Two gentle spaces that sit alongside the therapy and supervision work: one for anonymous notes on what has helped people through hard times, and one for gathering with fellow mental health professionals over a conversation.

Anonymous and optional

Shared Ways of Coping

A pencil illustration of an open umbrella covered in small notes reading Breathe, Rest, Tea, Journal, Walk, Music and Call a friend, with a smiling raindrop sheltering beneath it.

This is a gentle space where those who have walked through difficult times share what supported them, anonymously. These are small notes, reminders, or practices that brought a little ease, comfort, or grounding.

The intention in creating this space is to offer reassurance. Sometimes, knowing we are not alone in our struggles, and seeing what has helped someone else, can be a gentle companion in our own journey.

You are free to read through or share something that has helped you, from or outside of therapy, if and when it feels right.

Completely anonymous Sharing is optional Read before publishing

Sharing is anonymous and entirely optional, and everything is read before it goes up. Please note this space is not monitored, so it is not a way to reach me. If you need to talk to someone now, the helplines at the bottom of this page are there for you.

For mental health professionals

Sip and Swap Stories

A gentle, casual space for therapists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to connect with me one to one.

Who it is for

Therapists, psychologists, and mental health professionals with at least 2 years of experience.

The format

A 40-minute video call, one to one. No agenda beyond a real conversation.

What we might talk about

Sharing stories, exploring possibilities for collaboration or referrals, or simply a meaningful conversation, person to person.

My intention is to get to know your work, share mine, and create a space where we can uplift each other. Over time, I hope this grows into a thoughtful, non-isolating community for us in the mental health field, and that we get to know each other outside of our professional identities.

A note on fit: this space is not meant for existing, previous, or potential therapy clients or supervisees. If we are already working together in either of those ways, our sessions remain the space for that.
